Prices for Straightening, Relaxing and HydroSpa Keratin Smoothing Treatment are dependent on the amount of hair you have; the density, length and thickness (the more hair you have the longer the service takes and the more product is required).  Below are pricing guidelines for normal thickness, call 03 9866 8088 and make an appointment for a consultation to receive a personalised written quote.

Booking your appointment

Call 03 9866 8088 and speak to one of our specialist, we prefer to begin with a consultation where we will sit down together, discuss the best option for you and give you a written quote.  Your consultation will take approximately 10 minutes, the consultation fee is $10 which we donate in full to Ngurah and his family living in need in Bali.  When you book your appointment you will be required to pay a 50% deposit via cash, credit card (Visa,Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal or funds transfer.  The balance will be paid on your appointment day.

On your appointment day your Straightening Specialist will explain the entire process with you and give you an education booklet on the Care, Maintenance and Helpful Hints on how to keep your hair in its optimum condition.  If you have a tight schedule please let us know when booking your appointment, we can arrange two straightening specialists to speed up your service.

"I've had it done about 4 times over the past year, the most recently being last week.

Advantages over the Japanese method that I can see (although I've never had it) are that it doesn't make it pin straight (I don't like that look on me), it doesn't have any regrowth and you can do it on bleached and damaged hair. The big downside is that it doesn't last as long.

I LOVE it although it is expensive (although I think my hairdresser is actually very reasonable because the quotes I got elsewhere were a lot higher). I only get my hair cut three or four times a year and I dye it myself so I justify the cost that way.

I have very thick wavy hair naturally. It does just relax it, but that's enough for me to be happy. It eliminates all frizz, so even in Bali I could just wash and then let it dry naturally and it looked fine. It is much faster to blow dry and just generally easier to manage.

If you wash it a lot it won't last as long as if you wash it less often. Mine lasts well for about 3 months if I wash it every second day with the right products.
