It is important to have realistic expectations of the results of your treatment and once we have assessed your hair we can recommend the perfect treatment to give you the results you desire.
Your consultation will take approximately 10 minutes, the consultation fee is $10 which we donate in full to Ngurah and his family living in need in Bali. When you book your appointment you will be required to pay a 50% deposit via cash, credit card (Visa,Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal or funds transfer. The balance will be paid on your appointment day.

Maintenance Instructions
After your HyrdoSpa Keratin Smoothing Treatment it is essential to follow our Maintenance Instructions to ensure optimum results and longevity of your treatment.
- You MUST use the Trichovedic shampoo and conditioner free of sulphates and sodium chloride recommended by your stylist (sulphates and sodium chloride will degrade and remove the Keratin bonded to the cuticle layer of your hair)
- All styling products must be sulphate and sodium chloride free, your stylist will recommend the perfect products for your hair type and lifestyle
- Protect your hair when swimming, chlorine and salt water will shorten the lifespan of your treatment. Prior to swimming apply a generous quantity of Trichovedic Glossing Serum through your hair or wear a swimming cap
- You may cut your hair immediately after the treatment if you wish
- Colouring or foiling is best done immediately before your treatment or two weeks after
- Do not have the HydroSpa Keratin Smoothing Treatment if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or pre-pubescent
