I believe in pink, I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner. I believe in kissing, kissing a lot. I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and I believe in miracles.

The Golden Globes
This years Golden Globes showed off the latest trends in Hollywood. Beautiful, healthy, medium to long hair was very popular. There was a great range of shiny brunettes, auburns and caramels. Both up and down styles were worn and the colour of the evening for dresses was purple (great choice!)

Shique Healthy Hair Tips
A healthy, balanced diet is necessary for beautiful, healthy hair (and a sexier body). Keep well hydrated with at least 6 - 8 glasses of water every day! Below we have listed the foods to include in your diet and things to avoid.
Foods to Include...
Eat protein - meats, eggs, cheese, seeds & nuts. This will give the shaft of your hair more strength and will reduce the probability of damage.
Eat plenty of Vegetables, green veges prevent oily hair; carrots, potatoes & broccoli are important for the health of your scalp.
Eat plenty of Fruit - Berries, oranges, lemons & limes prevent dry hair
Brazil nuts are one of nature's best sources of selenium, an important mineral for the health of your scalp.
Salmon is loaded with omega-3 fatty acids which are needed to support scalp health
Keep your eye out for our complete Healthy Hair Diet - coming soon!
Foods To Avoid
Avoid all highly processed foods; sugars, chocolate, cakes, cookies, starches, soft drinks, and most snack foods.
Caffeine, alcohol, nicotine and recreational drugs destroy important hair growing nutrients.
