How to book your hair extensions

 

Step 1. Read our website carefully.  This will tell you all you need to know.

Step 2. Call 03 9866 7337 and speak to one of our Hair Extension Specialists, who will answer any further questions you may have.  The best times to call are;

Monday to Friday	10am - 6pm
Saturday	9am - 6pm

*You are welcome to leave a message outside these hours and we will return your call within 48 hours

Step 3. You must make an appointment for a Unique Shique Consultation; this costs $20 (which is donated in full to support Ngurah and his family living in need in Bali) and takes approximately 20 minutes.  The Unique Shique Consultation embraces three main elements;  

• The Unique Shique Hair & Scalp Analysis:  We assess your hair and scalp condition and if necessary place you on a Unique Shique Hair & Scalp Wellness Program, treating your hair and scalp independently to ensure your natural hair becomes healthier, stronger, longer and looking great!  
• The Unique Shique Image Consultation: Focusing on many aspects including you eye colour, skin tone, lifestyle and body form we share our knowledge and experience and give you professional advise on the perfect look for you!  
• The Unique Shique Hair Extension Consultation: Formulated and designed with years of experience we asses, advise and recommend the best solution for you.  We love your hair as much as you do and we guarantee all our work, we are truly professionals.
  

Step 4. On Consultation day, attend with your hair as natural as possible.  Take time to prepare for the consultation, we will ask you about your current hair care habits; bring in any brushes or products you may use. Spend a little time collecting any pictures of hair and hairstyles you like, this will help us to help you.  You will also be able to see our hair, examples of our work and we will give you a fixed written quote for your new look.

Step 5. You will need to pay a 50% deposit via cash, AMEX, credit card or electronic funds transfer when you book for your beautiful new hair extensions.  We also have a payment plan option available.  All of our hair extensions are handmade and it can take approximately 4 to 7 days to have your extensions created.  However, we do have a large range of extensions ready made in stock and provided there is a perfect fit we can do it ASAP, we are here for you! If you cancel your appointment you will forfeit your deposit.

Step 6. On the day of your transformation come in with your hair as natural as possible, it will generally take three hours, longer if you are having colour as well.  During the service you will have time to read through your education booklet, asking your extensionist any questions along the way.   This ensures that when you leave the salon with your new look you will be completely confident!

Step 7. The Follow up Extension Education appointment is an optional service available for clients to gain even greater confidence in managing their new look.
