"This is the second time I have had the straightening treatment and I just have to say a big thank you to Zak, he is the one that introduced me too it. I couldn't believe I could have my hair straightened when it was so short but the difference it has made is unbelievable. I am sure there are people that have the same boofy hair that doesn't know whether to frizz, curl, straighten or kink, and know what that problem is like, that is now gone forever! I also want to thank the staff at Shique who have put up with me for hours, it does take a while, but believe me it is worth it! Thanks again." Rita

My mum always makes these at Christmas, they are very basic and look very cute! I try to make a batch every year for my friends (sorry to all who missed out last year while I was sunning myself in Queensland....definitely making them this year!)
Ingredients
1 Christmas Cake (any brand will do)
Orange Juice
White Chocolate
Red & green lollies or cherries
- Break up the Christmas Cake in a bowl using your hands
- Add enough Orange Juice to moisten (you can use cointreau or brandy instead if you like)
- Roll the mixture into little balls, place on a tray lined with baking paper
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm
- Melt white chocolate and dribble over the balls placing little pieces of red and green lollies to resemble holly leaves (I find the snakes are the easiest to chop into little pieces, I have used the cherries but they can be a bit sticky)
Enjoy!
