Zak, Salon Shique Director has over twenty years experience in the Hair, Hair Extension, Hair Straightening and Transformation Industry. Zak's team at Salon Shique are artisans who have benefited from his knowledge and experience.

In 2008 Zak travelled to Bali and meet Ngurah. Ngurah dreamed of attending university to make a better life for himself and his family. Unfortunately he couldn't afford to go, even when he was offered a scholarship he was forced to turn it down to work to feed his family. Ngurah lives with his grandparents, father and younger siblings.
Zak offered to pay for Ngurah's university fees, expenses and the equivalent of the full time wage Ngurah was earning to support his family. Each and every consultation fee (for hair extensions and hair straightening) is donated in full to Ngurah's family. This money has given Ngurah's dad enough money to purchase machines to start a new business, paid for medical bills and we hope will be enough to send enough to send Ngurah's younger siblings to university.
